A Quiet Room

A quiet place, a whispered space, a place o think in silence. The vulnerability, the screaming thoughts, the discomfort it brings. A quiet space has at times disturbed me and other times inspired. It creaks, it weeps, but it speaks in chorus and volume. In a world so noisy and busy, I think silence speaks the loudest. It forces you to listen, it forces you to notice, it forces a communication you have been trying to avoid. You cannot ignore the value in a quiet room.
